Billy Scully

Funky and feisty, raised on Motown soul and rock n roll, I've been playing music my whole life: singing before I could walk, started piano lessons at 5 years old, and I picked up my main instrument, guitar, when I was 12. I've been fortunate enough to work and perform alongside Oscar- and Grammy-winning songwriters and producers. Playing professionally since 2022, I'm always looking to help create new music.

I perform regularly as a solo acoustic "human jukebox" act up and down the front range, taking requests and playing from a repertiore covering music from the 1800's to today. As a solo performer, I've had the honor to be a part of many wedding ceremonies and receptions over the years. I am also a member of Fort Collins-based The Canyon Echoes and Denver-based Neon the Bishop.

As a session guitarist, I take pride in my ability deliver tasteful parts across a wide variety of genres that always serve the song. My favorite part of session work is working with the artist to understand the subtext and influence of each song to create parts that are memorable and exciting. Helping songwriters and producers to realize and elevate their art is the most fulfilling work I do.

As a hired gun, I have performed with original acts and wedding/party bands across all genres in the Colorado local music scene, including: Neon the Bishop, 2MX2, Nova Nights, Yachty Got Back, Vegas Valley Drive, Elektrik Animals, Midnight Party Machine, Oto Gaijin, Aubrey Dale, Christine Alice, and more. In addition to being a part of the local scene, I'm also available for worship bands.
